NEW INC Year 7 Hybrid Practice track members Shanna Sabio of GrowHouse NYC, Kate Machtiger of Extra Terrestrial Studio, and Jared Katzman discuss the nature of hybridity – how it permeates their lives, practices and imagination. The discussion is moderated by Jax Deluca, Media Arts Director of Visual Arts at the National Endowment of the Arts.
This panel coincided with the forthcoming publication 'Hybridity' – designed and curated by Andrew Chee, Eric Moed, and Penelope Phylactopoulos. The publication is a culmination of a year of collaborations, connections and observations from NEW INC's Y7 Hybrid Practice track.
